The Gemdale Properties Weixin Industry Photovoltaic Project for the two-year period of 2022-2024 in East China (Shanghai, Suzhou, Hangzhou, Nanjing) and South China (Guangzhou, Shenzhen) aims to build distributed photovoltaic power generation sites for its industrial park projects in East and South China, achieving energy conservation, emission reduction, and increased economic returns through clean energy management.

As the project's general contractor, our company has undertaken the initial approval and construction approval process, concrete (steel structure) roof treatment, concrete foundation construction and embedded parts construction for the support, fabrication and installation of photovoltaic panel supports, electromechanical wiring construction, equipment installation and commissioning (including distribution systems, inverters, combiner boxes, box-type transformers, grid-connected cabinets, integrated power and weak current wiring, video surveillance, and back-end monitoring) and related services. We also undertook the entire process of excavation and restoration of outdoor power lines, project commissioning, power station grid connection acceptance and delivery, and subsequent power station operation and maintenance. We also supplied a full set of photovoltaic electrical equipment, including step-up photovoltaic box-type transformers, for the project. Currently, our company has completed and delivered distributed photovoltaic projects for Gemdale Properties Weixin Industrial Park in Shanghai, Chengdu, and other locations.
