The XGN15-12 indoor AC high-voltage sulfur hexafluoride ring main unit (hereinafter referred to as "switchgear") is designed for ring or radial power supply systems with a rated voltage of 12kV and a rated current of 630A or less. It is particularly suitable for installation in prefabricated substations as a control and protection device for power systems. This product is equipped with an FLN36-12D type sulfur hexafluoride load switch or FLN36-12D type circuit breaker-fuse combination unit with an insulating enclosure. It features a compact size, light weight, easy operation, low operating force, reliable interlocking, and maintenance-freel operation. It represents a new generation of high-voltage switchgear required for urban power grid renovation and construction.
This product complies with the following standards: GB3906 "Metal-enclosed Switchgear for AC 3-35kV". GB/T11022 "Common Technical Requirements for High-voltage Switchgear and Controlgear", IEC62271-200 "Metal-enclosed Switchgear and Controlgear for AC Voltages up to 50kV", and DL/T404 "Technical Conditions for Ordering Indoor AC High-voltage Switchgear".
Structural Features
Switchgear is composed of a cabinet, main switch (SF6 load switch or combined electrical apparatus), grounding switch, instrument room, busbar and other electrical components and auxiliary components. The cabinet is formed and assembled by aluminum-zinc coated steel plates through modularization. A pressure relief channel is provided at the back of the cabinet to protect the operator in case of internal faults. The busbar in the busbar room is covered with insulation and directly connected to the terminal of the load switch. The three-phase busbars are arranged longitudinally, allowing the switchgear to be expanded on the left side at will and making it easy to change its layout. The instrument room is located at the top of the switchgear, and current meters, voltage meters, indicator lights and electric operating mechanisms can be installed inside.
Usage environment

Ambient air temperature: -15°C to +40°C, altitude: 1000m and below, humidity conditions: daily average no more than 95%, water vapor pressure daily average no more than 2.2kPa, monthly average no more than 90%, water vapor pressure monthly average no more than 1.8kPa, seismic intensity, no more than 8 degrees, no corrosive or flammable gases or other obvious pollution.
