Virus Research Institute Power Distribution Project
The Wuhan Institute of Virology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, is a comprehensive research institution specializing in basic virology research and related technological innovation. It boasts numerous precision instruments, including a 200 kV cryo-transmission electron microscope, an ultra-high-resolution fluorescence microscope, and an acoustic micropipette system. It houses a collection of over 1,500 viral isolates and 117,000 viral resources. Its Wuhan P4 laboratory is my country's first operational biosafety level 4 laboratory. Its construction was facilitated by then-President Hu Jintao and French President Sarkozy, with a joint design from China and France, drawing on key design concepts from the Lyon laboratory to ensure the highest level of safety.
Due to the unique nature of the Wuhan Institute of Virology's research, the company placed extremely high demands on its power supply system, including safety, smoothness, stability, environmental friendliness, and multi-channel security. After undertaking the supply of partial power distribution equipment and general power supply contracting services for the project in 2014, our company dispatched experts for multiple on-site inspections and provided a comprehensive and detailed solution to ensure stable and environmentally friendly power supply. Starting in 2015, the overall project passed the world's highest-level acceptance inspections from various institutions and departments, including the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the National Health and Family Planning Commission, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Hubei Provincial Government, and the World Health Organization.
