In March 2025, Hubei Haoyi Electric Power Engineering Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Hubei Huayi Electric Group, successfully won the bid for the "Qiaokou District New Energy Vehicle Charging Infrastructure Construction Project Engineering General Contracting (EPC) Project." The project will plan and construct 3,080 new energy parking spaces for eight parking types in Qiaokou District, Wuhan, including schools, government agencies, public institutions, subdistrict offices, parks, state-owned assets, subway groups, land reserves, and roadside parking areas. The project will also supply and install 1,540 dual-charger DC charging terminals.
