The GCS type low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is suitable for power distribution systems in industries such as power plants, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy. textile, and high-rise buildings. In places with high levels of automation and requirements for computer interfaces. such as large power plants and petrochemical systems, it is used as a low-voltage complete set of power distribution equipment for power distribution, centralized control of electric motors, and reactive power compensation in power generation and supply systems with a three-phase AC frequency of 50(60)Hz, a rated working voltage of 400V and 660V, and a rated current of 4000A and below. This product complies with the national standard GB7251.1 "Low-voltage Switchgear and Controlgear Assemblies", JB/T9661 "Low-voltage Withdrawable Switchgear Assemblies", and the international standard IEC61439-1.
Structural Features
The frame is assembled with channel steel and crossbeams, featuring high strength and easy modular installation, with a standard module E= 20mm. The cabinet body is electrostatically sprayed after acid washing and phosphating. The internal partitions and drawers are treated with galvanization and passivation, Each functional room is isolated from each other, and the isolation rooms are divided into functional unit rooms, busbar rooms and cable rooms. The functions of each room are relatively independent. The vertical channel and primary and secondary connectors are all changed to the form of GCK cabinets. The horizontal busbar can also be placed on the top of the cabinet, and the top cover can be opened. Both rear and side outlet methods are available. While maintaining the original working performance and appearance. it achieves safety and reliability, convenient installation, detection and maintenance, and reduces production costs. The cabinet body has a protection level of IP4X. 
Drawer Type Description
The height of the drawer layer is based on a module of 160mm. It is divided into a series of module unit sizes such as 160/2, 160, 240, 320, 400, and 480. The effective height of the drawer installation unit is 1760mm. When the module of the drawer layer height is 200mm. it is divided into a series of module unit sizes such as 200/2, 200, 300, 400, 500, and 600. The effective height of the drawer installation unit is 1800mm. For unit circuits with a rated current of 600A or less, the maximum current of the 1/2 unit drawer can reach 100A. Drawers of the same functional unit have good interchangeability. The incoming and outgoing lines of the drawer adopt different specifications of connectors according to the current size. The 1/2 unit drawer and the cable room are connected by the CFZJD type 1/2 branch transfer unit. The drawer unit is equipped with a mechanical interlock device, and the drawer unit has a sufficient number of secondary connectors.
Usage environment
(1)Ambient air temperature shall not exceed +40°C, nor be lower than-15°C. The average temperature within 24 hours shall not exceed +35°C. When exceeded, the capacity shall be reduced according to the actual situation.
(2)For indoor use, the altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000m.
(3)The relative humidity of the ambient air shall not exceed 50% at the upper limit temperature of +40°C. At lower temperatures, a higher relative humidity is allowed, such as 90% at +20°C. The possible impact of occasional condensation due to temperature changes should be taken into account.
(4)The inclination of the installation to the vertical plane shall not exceed 5.
(5)The installation shall be carried out in a place free from severe vibration, shock and corrosion. When users have special requirements, they can negotiate with the manufacturer for a solution.
