The MDmax switchgear is a new generation of modular switchgear authorized by ABB for our company to produce. The device (standard type) has a maximum current of 4000A and can be widely adapted to various power supply and distribution needs. It complies with IEC61439 and GB7251 standards. The MDmax switchgear can provide a complete structural solution for power distribution control systems. These highly standardized, universal and systematized accessories can fully meet the application requirements of various types in the market, including meeting the technical standards. electrical and mechanical characteristics, protection level requirements, etc. related to power distribution or control systems. It can even be installed on site.
The MDmax switchgear is a brand-new series frame developed by ABB based on years of design and manufacturing experience. It features strong interchangeability of components, a limited variety of accessories, and easy and quick assembly, which makes it highly popular among customers. The MDmax switchgear is equipped with a new type of double T-shaped profile, three-way connectors, and multi-faceted channel busbar structure.
The MDmax series can be configured in various structures such as floor-standing and wall-mounted types. Whether it is used with miniature circuit breakers, molded case circuit breakers or frame circuit breakers, MDmax offers highly standardized accessories to achieve various internal partitions: the busbar area, equipment area and cable area are isolated from each other, and the incoming and outgoing lines can be arranged flexibly. It can also be arranged as a front maintenance or rear maintenance system as required.

Structural Features

Usage environment
(1) The ambient air temperature shal not exceed +40°C and shall not be lower than -15°C. The average temperature within 24 hours shall not exceed +35°C. When exceeded, the operation capacity shall be reduced according to the actual situation.
(2)It is for indoor use and the altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000m.
(3)The relative humidity of the ambient air shall not exceed 50% at the upper limit temperature of +40°C. At lower temperatures, a higher relative humidity is allowed, such as 90% at +20°C. The possible influence of occasional condensation due to temperature changes shall be taken into account.
(4)The inclination of the installation to the vertical plane shall not exceed 5.
(5)The installation shall be carried out in a place free from severe vibration, shock and corrosion.
(6) If the user has special requirements, they can be resolved through consultation with the manufacturer.
