The MNS type low-voltage switchgear assembly (hereinafter referred to as the device) is manufactured by introducing ABB technology. It is a factory-assembled modular low-voltage withdrawable switchgear. This device is suitable for AC 50-60Hz power supply systems with a rated working voltage of 660V and below, and is used for the control of power generation, transmission, distribution, power conversion and power consumption equipment. It is currently a high-grade product in China. Besides general land use, after special treatment, it can also be used in offshore oil drilling platforms and nuclear power plants. It complies with the national standard GB7251.1 "Low-voltage Switchgear and Controlgear Assemblies", JB/T9661 "Low-voltage Withdrawable Switchgear Assemblies" and the international standard IEC439. This device can be configured with different schemes of cabinet structures and drawer units. It adopts high-strength flame-retardant engineering plastic components, effectively enhancing the protection and safety performance. The drawer units feature small size, strong functionality, high interchangeability. convenient replacement and maintenance, and reliable contact. 
Structural Features
The basic cabinet frame is a C-shaped profile combination structure. All structural components of the cabinet frame are either galvanized or made of aluminized zinc plates. They are fastened together to form a basic frame by self-tapping locking screws and 8.8 grade hexagonal bolts. According to the requirements of the scheme changes, corresponding doors, end plates, partitions, installation brackets, busbars, functional units and other components are added to assemble a complete device. The dimensions of the components insidel the device and the dimensions of the compartments are modularized (with a module unit E25mm). The cabinet can also adopt a rear wiring method, but the main busbar must be placed on the top of the cabinet. The vertical channel adopts a dual-function board method (or half a function board), which is convenient for maintenance and the cabinet width is 600. The cabinet protection grade is IP3X to 4X.
Drawer Type Description
There are five standard drawer types: all based on an 8E (200mm) height. They are 8E/4, 8E/2, 8E, 16E, and 24Ε.
8E/4: Four drawer units are assembled in an 8E (200mm) height space.
8E/2: Two drawer units are assembled in an 8E (200mm) height space.
8E: Assemble 1 drawer unit in the 8E (200mm) height space.
16E: Assemble 1 drawer unit in the 16E (400mm) height space.
24E: Assemble 1 drawer unit in the 24E (600mm) height space.
The rated current of the unit circuit is 400A or less. Among them, the structures of the 8E/4 and 8E/2 two types of drawers are composed of flame-retardant plastic and aluminum alloy profiles. Four-pole drawer units can be assembled singly or in a mixed manner in one cabinet. The total height of the functional unit compartment is 72E (1800mm).
Usage environment
(1) The ambient air temperature shall not exceed +40°C, nor be lower than -15°C, and the average temperature within 24 hours shall not exceed +35°C.
(2) The relative humidity of the ambient air shall not exceed 50% at the highest temperature of +40°C. At lower temperatures, the relative humidity can be higher, such as 90% at +20°C. However, it is considered that moderate condensation may occur occasionally due to temperature changes.
(3) For indoor use, the altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000m.
(4) It should be installed in a place free from severe vibration and shock, and where the electrical components will not be corroded.
