The GGD type AC low-voltage distribution cabinet is used in power generation plants, substations, factories, mines, enterprises and other power users' AC 50Hz, rated working voltage 380V, rated working current up to 3150A distribution systems, as a power, lighting and distribution equipment for electrical energy conversion, distribution and control. The GGD type AC low-voltage distribution cabinet features high breaking capacity, good dynamicl and thermal stability, flexible electrical schemes, convenient combination, strong series, practicality, novel structure and high protection level. It can be used as an updated product of low-voltage complete switchgear. The GGD type AC low-voltage distribution cabinetl complies with IEC61439 "Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies" and GB7251 "Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies" and other standards.

Structural Features
1.The cabinet body of the GGD type AC low-voltage distribution cabinet adopts the universal cabinet form. The frame is assembled by local welding of 8MF cold-formed steel sections. The frame parts and special matching parts are supplied by the designated production plant of the section steel to ensure the accuracy and quality of the cabinet body. The components of the universal cabinet are designed based on the module principle and have 20 installation holes. The universal coefficient is high, which enables the factory to achieve pre-production, shortening the production and manufacturing cycle and improving work efficiency.
2. When designing the GGD cabinet, the heat dissipation slots during the operation of the cabinet were fully considered. When the electrical components inside the cabinet heat up, the hot air rises and is discharged through the upper slots, while cold air continuously replenishes the cabinet through the lower slots, forming a natural ventilation channel from bottom to top in the sealed cabinet, achieving the purpose of heat dissipation.
3. The cabinet door is connected to the cabinet frame with a pivot-type movable hinge, which is convenient for installation and disassembly. A mountain-shaped rubber plastic strip is embedded at the folded edge of the door. When the door is closed, the strip between the door and the frame has a certain compression stroke, which can prevent the door from directly colliding with the cabinet body and also improve the protection level of the door.
4.The instrument door equipped with electrical components is connected to the frame with multi-strand soft copper wire. The installation parts inside the cabinet are connected to the frame with knurled screws. The entire cabinet forms a complete grounding protection system.
5. The surface paint of the cabinet is selected as polyester orange peel baking paint, which features strong adhesion and good texture. The entire cabinet presents a matte tone, avoiding the dazzling effect and creating a more comfortable visual environment for the duty personnel.
6.The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when necessary to facilitate the assembly and adjustment of thel main busbar on site. Four lifting rings are installed at the four corners of the cabinet top for lifting andl transportation.
7.The protection class of the cabinet body is IP4X.
Usage environment
(1) The ambient air temperature shall not exceed +40°C, nor be lower than -50°C, and the average temperature within 24 hours shall not exceed +35°C.
(2) It is for indoor installation and use, and the altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000m. (3)The relative humidity of the ambient air shall not exceed 50% when the temperature is +40°C. At lower temperatures, a higher relative humidity is allowed (for example, 90% at +20°C). The influence of occasional condensation due to temperature changes should be considered.
(4)The inclination of the equipment installation to the vertical plane shall not exceed 50.
(5)The equipment should be installed in a place free from severe vibration and shock, and where the electrical components will not be corroded.
(6)Special requirements from users can be negotiated with the manufacturer for resolution.
