The photovoltaic box-type substation is a three-phase AC 50Hz, 10kV outdoor combined type substation and distribution complete set device. The product, with ingenious design methods, organically combines high-voltage switchgear, transformers, and low-voltage electrical components in one box to form a complete set substation. This substation has the advantages of compact structure and saving land area. The prefabricated substation is suitable for 12kV photovoltaic power generation grid connection systems.

Structural Features
a. The design, manufacturing, assembly and internal electrical wiring are all completed in the factory.
b. The high-voltage side can adopt ring network, dual power supply or single terminal incoming line, and the low-voltage side can have any outgoing line, with high practical efficiency.
c. It is equipped with H-shaped and Y-shaped layouts, which can increase the operation corridor.
d. The composite board shell has good anti-corrosion ability and a long service life.
e. The shielding of the unit intervals and the incoming and outgoing line covers prevent dust and moisture from entering each unit compartment.
f. The frame is made of profiled steel and welded, and has undergone strict anti-corrosion treatment. The doors, top covers and side plates have insulation layers to prevent condensation of hot air on the switchgear.
g. The split structure design enables efficient replacement of individual units without affecting the functions of other parts of the system, and the installation of each component is convenient.
h. Both dry-type and oil-type transformers can be used.
i. The multi-purpose appearance design allows customers to choose different colors of composite boards to coordinate with the environment and achieve harmonious box decoration.
j. The shell protection level is IP44, and it has comprehensive anti-misoperation and interlocking functions.
Usage environment
a. Altitude not exceeding 2000 meters.
b. Ambient temperature: maximum daily average temperature +30°C, maximum annual average temperature +20°C.
c. Outdoor wind speed not exceeding 35m/s.
d. Relative humidity of air not exceeding 90%6 (at 25°C).
e. Ground slope not greater than 5°.
f. Horizontal seismic acceleration not exceeding 0.4m/s², vertical seismic acceleration not exceeding 0.2m/s².
g. Installation site free from fire, explosion hazards, chemical corrosion and severe vibration.
