The temporary power supply project for the Wuhan Metro Line 7 North Extension (Qianchuan Line) connects Qianchuan New Town, Panlongcheng, and Wuhan's central urban area. Governments and relevant management departments at all levels held extremely high deadlines for its completion. However, because the line is largely located in the remote suburbs, crossing numerous towns and villages, and roads, traffic conditions are extremely unpredictable. Furthermore, the project construction plan is subject to frequent last-minute changes due to site conditions and multi-departmental management, posing significant challenges in organization, coordination, and management.

The temporary power supply project, consisting of nine box-type transformers, was undertaken by our company. We shouldered the heavy responsibility of ensuring power supply for the entire construction project. According to the power supply company's requirements, each box-type transformer required a separate power supply application, preliminary survey, design, on-site construction, organization and acceptance, and final power supply. This was a daunting task. Furthermore, we had to constantly coordinate relationships with the project headquarters, local authorities, the power supply company, and the village committee and villagers involved in land acquisition, making the coordination and organization extremely challenging. To address this, our company organized a dedicated team to stay on site for two months. In addition to a project manager leading the on-site construction management, we also assigned dedicated electrical installation personnel to liaise with the power supply company throughout the entire process, facilitating progress. Ultimately, through the concerted efforts of our on-site personnel, we overcame difficulties such as poor construction conditions, heavy coordination tasks, and multiple changes and even cancellations to the power supply company's outage schedule. We achieved a breakthrough by rapidly organizing construction and inspecting and powering the project through short-term live work, ultimately achieving smooth project delivery and earning high praise from our customers. This effort also laid a solid foundation for our company's expansion into the rail transit industry, setting a new precedent.
