The "Great Wall Plaza" project is located in the heart of Chuhe Han Street, Wuchang District, adjacent to the provincial government. Designed and built by 10Degn International Architectural Design Office, Great Wall Construction commissioned the project, covering a total construction area of 180,000 square meters.

Our company provided general power supply engineering and equipment supply services for this project, with a total installed capacity of 23,400 kilowatts. The project is connected by two power lines, including a 10kV public switchgear on the ground floor and a 10WV commercial center distribution room in the basement. These rooms are equipped with six medium and low voltage substations and an emergency diesel generator room. Our company specifically provided a high-standard power supply solution that combines technology, environmental protection, and efficiency. Working collaboratively with the design and construction general contractors, we delivered an outstanding project that satisfied the client.

As of 2018, the "Great Wall Plaza" project, recognized for its exceptional overall construction quality and environmentally friendly design, has earned Central China's first LEED Green Building Platinum certification (a globally recognized certification and rating, with only seven office buildings nationwide receiving this honor), the 15th Dubai Cityscape Global Architecture Award, and the MIPIM Asia Silver Award for Most Innovative Green Architecture. The project was also featured in the 2017 Hong Kong Ten Years 100 Architecture Exhibition.

In November 2017, at the China Construction Industry Association's commemoration of the 30th anniversary of the Lu Ban Award and the 2016-2017 Annual Quality Project Experience Exchange Conference, our company's "Great Wall Plaza No. 1 Office Building" was awarded the Lu Ban Award, the highest national award for construction quality.
